They did a tour in between season 1 and 2 with songs from season 1 and they did another tour between seasons 2 and 3,with songs from season 2 that's where this performance is from. The movie came out before season 3 I think? Ryan Murphy also had another show called the Glee Project while filming season 2 and 3 of glee that was a contest to be a character on glee, we see 6 of the contenders on glee starting in season 3.(You've already reacted to songs with some of their characters i'll leave that as a surprise) The glee project only lasted 2 seasons they were going to make a season 3 for characters to be on season 5 of glee,but it got canceled when Cory died.
