I think the actual blacksmiths have informed you enough on what to work on. Congratulations on your build, and all the best to becoming a greater smith in the future!
that thing is going to bust eventually at the tang juncture. your quench tank isnt long wnough. also, as a rule, you put the blade mune side DOWN when you are heating to protect the thin blade edge. Also, your geometry isnt so great for cutting. aim for 2 3rds cutting edge and 1/3rd back side and place your fuller in that 1rd. it will look and cut MUCh better

Couple of things blade was not hot enough during the tempering process to have a mune or edge that would be any good. Your process for making the habaki, actually exposes the blade in that area to heat from the brass you poured. Take it off next time and cast it in the sand by itself. And I read in another comment your edge geometry is way off. This is a katana but more in shape and some aesthetic but far from an actual durable functional blade. Good work nonetheless
balance of the weapon must be like this: 70/30 procents. for egs: blade in the botton is 4 cm, and top must be 70procent of this - 2.8 cm. thikness also, blade in bottom if is 8mm, blade's top must be 70procent - 5.6 mm. and like this must be the blade's length - 70 cm and the handle - 30 cm. this balance is the secret, why Katana is the most perfect weapon in the world. it is Balance
"Katana" in this video is a "mistake" or "Fake" that only has a similar "shape" and is not worth calling itself a "Katana". A "Katana" that is made by a "swordsmith" who holds a national qualification and trains the bullion refined from "iron sand" calculated in the Izumo region of Japan by "tatara iron making" according to the "appropriate manufacturing method". Point to. "Katana" in this video is a "mistake" that only has a similar "shape" and is not worth calling itself a "Katana".
