Hey, thank you so much for watching and for the comment. I spend a great deal of time on exactly that, making sure that the design is filled in enough to meet code, but also tweaking all of the lines to make sure they’re graceful and free-flowing. somewhere in the three part series. I showed how I draw it out in full scale a lot of that part of the design is changing it from the initial sketch into the final design that meets code.

Pretty easily, formed it and clamped it to the fully wielded subrail. The subrail form dictates the cap

No, they were painted not powder coated
