This is part five of forging a pair of Bolt Tongs. We are getting there! Got both tong blanks split and forged into shape! Forged trough the rain and learned a lot. It's really tough getting the split done correctly and spent a lot of time trying to fix it and as a result the bits didn't turn out that great. But, I should be able to get a set of, for the most part, usable tongs!

I used 1/4" by 1" bar stock instead of 1/4" by 3/4" in the link. Same dimensions and it seems to have worked out well.
