Forging Sokka’s Boomerang from Avatar: The Last Airbender IRL out of an old leaf spring! 

In this video, I’m forging Sokka’s Boomerang in real life from Avatar The Last Airbender! This build was difficult because you have to forge a 90 degree bend, the hard way. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun with this one!
The blade is forged from 5160 spring steel. It was an old truck leaf spring. Total build time was about 18 hours from forge to finish.
