0:40 Can someone else tell me why I cannot find any evidence of Rebecca Cartagena, PhD anywhere online? I did find a LinkedIn account "Rebecca (Bauer) Cartagena, Ph.D. Psychologist at Terrell State Hospital", but the Terrell State Hospital doctors page does not list Rebecca Cartagena despite her allegedly having worked there for nearly four years (according to the LinkedIn). I just wanna verify the professionals present in this doc.
