This was awesome movie i always loved big bubba in The Heat Of The Night and his sherriff buddy on this movie i cant remember his name at the moment he should play in more westerns i miss John Wayne but Open Range was a great one .
I also see every morning Heat of the night Me tv3-2 Bounce they also shows heat of the night.sometimes up to 3-4 hours a day from monday -Friday.never miss those shows.

This was a collection of western movie cliche's. They didn't miss a single one. It was like watching one of those old Liberty Pictures Horse Operas from back in the day. Aside from that it was a little hokey, kind of humorous and well worth watching.

Wasn't a big fan of The Dukes, but it's good to see actors from past TV shows in movies of redemption. Ed Asner and Carroll O'Connor are a couple of my favorites. To me Carroll O'Connor redeemed himself from Archie Bunker, when he took on the role of Chief Gillespie.

This movie was a total surprise. When I saw so many times that the same names showed up in the beginning credits of the movie, I didn't expect much, but I was really wrong. It was very well written, scripted, directed and acted. This is one of those great movies that never got all the credit it deserves.

Great movie. Classic story of a war hero suffering from PSTD. Friends so valuable. He was chasing a gold at the end if the rainbow. The riches instead were a good name and a wife. He’s an excellent actor. Loved watching the movie.

It’s funny the way some actors become popular and easily climb to the top of the slippery pole of success, and others only get so far . Perhaps Bubba did better than I know,but it seems to me he should be more ,a super star in fact . He makes a wonderful job of this part for example,not that I liked the movie,I thought it was simplistic and that kind of proselytizing does God no favours
