Hey, thats not true on basis of your video I did the same thing with my altroz xz and when I left my key inside and lock the door by pressing request sensor it actually get locked and I got stuck . Thank god I was keeping second key with me. Please explain
Hi Kunnal, after your comment I checked the same with my car also with my friends Altroz XZ, the functionality is absolutely working fine,if you have wearable key at that time the lock and unlock will work without wornings.other wise you can check with tata service center.
It's an issue....I was stuck on highway with same situation.....key was inside and car locked automatically.....God knows how....I called local key mechanic and he opened in minutes

Fir ek aadmi ko call kiya baher se usne rod door frame se aandar dalke fir start stop button press kiya 1 basr toh car ignition mode pe aya fir ek baar dabaya toh off hua and lock open hogaya
I have tested the same in xz model also, remote keys are perfectly working, car don't lock if key is inside the car and give you indication by continuous hunk... you can ask the same to service center if the same don't work for you, this is one of the safety feature of the safest hatchback of India.
