I still make Swedish meatballs, Chicken a la king, and stuffed peppers. My friend loves making Tuna Noodle casserole. Those are all working class affordable meals.

Apparently Elegance and Class are High on Your Priority List for Dinner. Most working class families can't afford Fancy Snancy Hunks of Meat since "Bidenomics and High Inflation" Ripped Through our Country.

Please work on your pronunciation of sauces. Bechamel is besh-a-mel. Hollandaise is hol-an-days..

@@BackThenUSA You are definitely not in a French cooking class. These are the very common pronunciations of these words. Mispronouncing them in a video about cooking does make me wonder where indeed you are.

@melanyrunyan7982 They are using AI, and it pronounces words phonetically. It is a bit frustrating though.

Beef Wellington?? No one cares about Elegance and Class in the "Normal Working Household"!! Except maybe the Kardashians!! Most families Can't Afford a big hunk of meat to feed their families with. And, what is with All those Clicking Sounds?? So Unnecessary!!
@BackThenUSA

We can definitely leave the fancy stuff to reality shows! The rest of us can create a budget-friendly meal instead. But if clicking isn't your thing, I hear silence pairs well with instant noodles🍜

I'm sorry, the video is awesome, but two things were very much bothering me: Hollandaise sauce is pronounced Holland-ay-s (like A pronounced like the letter in the alphabet), and couscous is pronounced coos coos. (like oo sound similar to the vowel sound in juice.) Otherwise, really nice video ^_^

@@marys5624: You are so absolutely wrong. There is a difference between criticizing & teaching, & what a few of the people are doing is letting the narrator know that his wording is entirely wrong, & they are aiding him to be better at his job if this is what he is doing in his work space to make a living. I hope you understand the difference between the two. And, he doesn't understand food cookery terms either.
