@@ryanmatthews3609 what was 2014? Although I see this had some Wii U stuff which yeah I dunno. Maybe there was a bit of this aesthetic back then and used in that marketing but nintendo has kinda consistently used bright, poppy marketing, though I guess the Switch is far more reserved and almost presented as a "professional" device with its kinda plain styling and bland interface.
I quite reasonably hated it when it was advertizing to me, but with much of this separated from that, I can appreciate it. Before it was just fake, but with time it's gained meaning because it lost market relevance.
If Windows 7 was around we would be basically living in this age right now Windows 7 was futuristic and modern enough anything after that SUCKS I am trying to mainly downgrade my stuff to get as close to the 2000s as I can get even using older model TVs also I don't care about hate comments so please avoid if you think about leaving any hate comments the 2000s was the best.
