That was my truck who was running about 3 months ago. I redid the brake system on it and the shocks and I was the one who put the two barrel on it so it would get better mileage and I just did not feel like rebuilding another damn Quadrajet. Glad to see that somebody's going to give it the restoration that it needs.

To bad it doesn't have number matching motor they did have two choice from 454 to 350 for the GMC GENTLEMAN JIM BUT MOSTLY sold was the 350 its like maybe 100 were sold special ordered 454
If memory serves me correctly and correct me if I am wrong but the jack and jangle edition's, IF you paid another $290+ on the sticker when ordering it You could get the 4 bolt main HO edition 350
It looks like in 1975 GM trucksyou could get two versions of the 350 Engine code V 2 barrel carb. 145 HP Engine code Y. 4 barrel carb. 160 HP Thanks for watching and commenting!
