I actually saw a whole box full of Rolodex cards at a thrift store a couple weeks ago but thought I don’t know what I’d do with them🤦‍♀️. Gayle you can take days off you know, we will miss you but we will survive and be here when you come back ❤❤❤

If you don't have rolodex cards and don't have a punch, you can use a hole punch and then cut tiny slits to make the 'locking' part. They look like small key holes. Glad you had a great time with your friends.

So cute and such fun. Love 💞 the variation too. Lots of possibilities. We've been without power again for awhile. It's always weather related. OMGOODNESS, a chair message sounds so good 👍. Since my accident my back has been an issue just with my everyday tasks. My nails are growing overtime with the two products I've been using, Keratin 3-day growth, and Ellie Chase "The Fix" 7-in-1 Nail Treatment. It was surprising because my nails were like yours, non existent 😅😅😅, but now I have to trim them back, it's great 👍👍👍. Ok girlfriend have fun creating 😊😊😊.

Amazon sells Rolodex cards but I make my own using off cuts of cardstock and punch round hole and snip the slots. I did treat myself and ordered a punch that does the shape of the hole and slot like you but this means I use the punch for other sizes of paper and ephemera too! yay! See, you’re getting my muse energized! Your vid here has inspired me to work with my own forgotten friends. Yay!🦌💌❤️📚

I've never come across rolodex cards here, either new or in thrift shops (since I've been making journals, that is). Now I need some, because I love love, love this idea. I picked up an almost full Rolodex. I plan to collage and decorate them on one side and write down the funny things my/our parents used to say when we were little like "Oh, my achin' tomato!!" (Dad picked that one up in the Army), and Mom's Mom's favorite: "I never saw a purple cow. I hope I never see one, but I can tell you anyhow, I' rather see than be one." Just a fun way to pay tribute to my "before-me's"

The little Rolodex journal cards are so cute. I love the tall skinny one. I think I have a Rolodex punch too, unless I purged it. It sounds like you guys had a blast. Retreats are so much fun. Hi Gayle, I love that you have found chair massage! I was a therapist for about 20 years as extra income along with my regular job. It was hard work. Being only 5 ft 1, hauling a massage chair was an effort. I held out until I was 70. I love this project. You are right I have lots of Rolodex cards all coffee dyed and ready to use! You’re so funny, when you were talking about having to spend two extra days, I thought did everybody who had to stay chip in to pay the retreat fee for the two extra days, what did you do for food? I’m sure your caterer only planned for so many days, did you order out? Did you go to the store? It never once occurred to me anybody having to go buy more underwear. That just cracked me up, that’s a lesson to always take extra undies in case of an emergency, never thought about it being an airline emergency though 😂😊.

We’ve got a big fire going up north of me, 164,000 acres 0% containment it was arson and the guy has been arrested, no bail, he gets an arraigned on Monday. Luckily the smoke is blowing north so not a lot of smoke here although I am going up to close to that area tomorrow to go birding and it is going to be smoky up there so I don’t know how photos are going to be.

My July retreat is for my RU-vid subscribers. It’s first come first serve. I have a waiting list as long as my arm, but if there are openings I will announce it on my RU-vid channel. 😊❤
