Forklifts are dangerous equipment. Why? Because, although the forklifts account for only 1% of all warehouse or factory accidents. But the accidents are often more serious than others, accounting for 10% of all physical injuries in those workplaces. Even trained forklift operators sometimes make mistakes that can lead to serious injuries. We re-created an accident in 3d animation to show how an operator's mistake when reversing a forklift can be a very severe mistake causing the death of a co-worker.
