This video explains how to work out your Load Centre Distance and Maximum Capacity of the forklift in preparation for your Forklift (LF) exams in Australia.
A lot easier to understand than our teacher explained it, but then he also had choice things to say about the bureaucrat that wrote the course handbook. One thing he did say though was to always check the max load capacity first on these questions, save you having to write out all the other stuff if it's too heavy for the forklift int he first place.
Is the LCD of both Dim B and Dim C always the same? And if they are different should they be calculated differently and assigned to each dimension of the pallet?
Good day sir, may I ask How about the length is ok but the width of the load is higher than the LCD and the load is lower than the capacity. Can we lift this up sir?
When the back wheels come off the ground is the max capacity. Lol All joking aside, I'd lift 7100KG with that lift. You fail the test if you say you would though.
