Josh - bad ace, as always. that "Ctrl + T and Alt + J" keyset is boost. Quadrified, like a bro! Memorized and stowed in the Blender quiver. Mahalo!

Unfortunately functionality often takes precedence over design and undermines creativity. Especially in my case 😑 or simply when you know that the object must be animated.

Spent much of my life doing this no-destructively in Autodesk Alias and/or with low poly + subdiv in blender. But why do one parametric when you can do 5 destructive in the same time. I'm a designer tho, so iteration is my game. On that note - your design skills are top level at this point. Still love your content - awesome stuff.

Hey man, I bet you're wondering where to go from here with all you know. Try something out, if you're up for it. Make a huge environment, like a a scene in a movie, with a ton of these models made from scratch. Make like maybe 10 good ones, maybe take up to a year with these. Put them in a portfolio, set up a website with an interactive 3D showcase of all your work. You'll work wherever you want, and make a ton of money. Cheers

It seems cool , but it's quite limited, some combinations generate glitches, which are hard to remove. And overall, final gemoetry is a mess.

@@JoshGambrell Well, this one looks beautiful, but not realistic. You can tell at first sight. Quite like in "distric 9" vs. Ghost in the shell, the movie. it was seen that was made by booleans vs, sub^2 and high resolution meshes. It's easier to work on sub ^2 with clean mesh if you want to add rust and such stuff. an dsquish/break structures in houding. But it's not a problem to make such models for commercials and presentations.
