Forma Ice Pro Boots Review at RevZilla.com 

Hi Di Ablo. Are these boot comfortably to walk around in like perhaps trip to the shops. I like the look of sports boots but hear some are not practical for walking around in.. My 1st choice would have been Sidi St... Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

@@wavehopper08 Hello mate, During the colder weather ive been breaking my Sidi's in, theyre becoming more and more comfortable. They need a LOT of work to break them in, and theyre pretty much solid for me interms of warmth and being water proof ( i dont ride in crazy downpours ). Becoming more comfortable the more i wear them. The Formas ive worm as few times since last year and theyre still very comfy even though theyre pretty much brand new still. 1 gripe i have with the Formas, the ankle cage pivots on my right foot rub my ankle a bit after a while, but theyre still much better if you are going to be doing any walking. Im now on the fence, but thats only because my Sidis are becoming more supple, so no doubt once the formas are broken in they will be my Go To summer boot, being perforated too gives you that nice air flow on the feet. They squeek a bit also. I now like them both equally. An additional point. The Sidis offer way more protection in my opinion, they are solid ! But agility, comfort and summer riding, the Formas all day ! I just need somegloves and a new lid to go with my Formas ( Fluro yellow / White /Black ), all my leaters, are black / red, helm is Carbon, sidis are black / red, so i got an excuse to buy some new gloves and a lid ( Bell Race Star DLX Flex - Velocity Matt / Gloss Black / Hi-Viz ).

@@diablo5744 i own forma ice pro and sidi mag1 . i found sidi boots are pretty hard as you said wooden. but i just wear them in my room these first weeks and they become softer a little bit. that i curious for they made of fake leather . but after reading your contents . i would willing to wait them soft and comfort as my icepro. Icepro are worn by many pro riders in great contests all around the world. so They are the real thing consider their production line operate since 2014 or early.

@@OJMAH yes I was surprised that the sidi boots are made of some sort of synthetic leather type material, but it is very durable. I like both my boots and each have a use.

It would really come down to fit, as they are similar in features. Forma typically run wider in the foot and calf, while Sidi have a very narrow footbed and a tighter leg opening. I hope that helps! -Zack

@@Djmambo77 They run small so better ordering a 10 for 9.5 size feet. That’s what I did and the fit good.

On the FLOW version, the shin vent and the toe slider vent function as real vents, because the leather beneath is perforated. On the regular, non-perforated version, those shin and toe slider vents aren't fully functional. -DrewZilla

I have the old forma Ice and there the toe vents are functioning. That being said, not the first time revzilla has false info. Like saying to buy a size up, which in real life for lots of people seems wrong. Seen it with helmets and boots. See there reviews as general info and to see a vid of the real product. Take info from manufacturer as true

@@lillnemo1 you say you got the regular Formas. Are they ok for waring in hot weather? Or are they too hot?

there are some reviews about knockout sidi boots. and the quality is worse. but i saw gymkhana clips from japan 's contests. some of riders wear those chinese knockout boots and they ride flawless. so I am curious still for the price. they are like 85usd a pair in my local area.
