You might consider starting to cover how these heritage boots are constructed. Do they have cemented / glued on soles? Or are they welted? If so, what kind of welt?

I rode in the rain for a little over an hour during a tour two weeks ago. I came inside, took off my rain suit, looked at my shoes and they were not wet at all I don't know about heavy rain, but I think it's a reliable waterproof for regular rain. I was also able to walk comfortably on a 1.5 hour trek of just over 5 Km.

I tried this in a store and goddamn it's a very nice fit for my feet too bad the one I fitted had a minor scratch and was the last pair. I'm sold to Forma brand I have their adventure dry and it was very nice too the Gaerne that I bought at same time was too narrow :/

The Formas are really waterproof. No leaks after 2 years of continuous downpour. However the boots are losing the shape rather quickly. They're too puffy just at the ankle joint. Still fine to walk in, just missing the style points that boots like this really sell on.

Forma Legacy Riding Boots are Juggernaut Boots. My only nitpick are the insoles.

Stylmartin Rocket is better than the two boots (i.e ,TCX Hero & Forma Legacy).

I saw a guy try on the TCX.. the eyelet popped off as he was trying them on, lol. I’ve had Forma Terra ADV boots - three years old, and only now the Velcro at the top is coming undone - these hsve been on most of my trips, and used them for commuting - Forma quality all the way. You get what you pay for.

@@martyn_g yep I'm very sold to the brand I tried this in a physical shop and was very nice for my wide feet, I have their adventure dry and is very good too.
