My husband was a former agent as well and even though he has passed, I sat there and analyzed it all and knew there was a lot wrong! Just based on things he used to say and talk about.
Yeah, I can't understand why they wouldn't have the high ground that close, I think it was like 75 yards off. The roof slant excuse is just a joke, that's like a 12:1 roof. I could see if it was maybe highly pitched, but there are harness systems for that too. It was a smaller detail, I get that, but the roof of a metal building is a very easy place to traverse and setup on, and having one that close, that should have been secured and monitored.
Their thinking might have been something like this : If the people we assign to this event can't handle the job, that's the Republicans' problem, not ours.
I left the the Air Force in 2014 with a high security clearance and honorable discharge. The secret service wanted nothing to do with hiring me, I tried for years. I was so mad when I saw all of this I thought I was going to pop a blood vessel in my eye. Equal opportunity employment!
I honestly thought it was some kind of skit at first, like there’s no way real secret service are that bad right, and the tiny women trying to block anything 😅
IF YOU THINK OBAMA bin laden AND HIS PUPPET BIDEN CARE ABOUT TRUMP EVEN FOR A SECOND. YOU HAVE GOT YOUR EYES WIDE SHUT. THEY WANT HIM DEAD AND HAVE BEEN SAYING IT TO HIM AND US TRUMP SUPPORTERS WHO ARE THE NATIONS BIGGEST THREAT. BUT THE MUSLIMS AND TALIBAN CAN WALK FREE ACROSS OUR BORDERS. AMERICA IS WAY PAST STUPID.
Donald Trump has over 90 indictments against him and has been convicted on 34 felony counts yet you think the Biden administration is crooked? Wake up. Your hypocrisy is astounding. Joe Biden is a good person. You should be ashamed of yourself for supporting the orange dictator instead.

From reports I have read those were DHS employees with President Trump on that podium. The actual secret service people had been assigned to other areas but not the podium. And who gave the stand down order to the snipers? They always have the green light unless ordered otherwise.
Wow, you counted all the way to 80, you must’ve had a terrible headache after all that. Do you know the worst of all this stuff besides your stupidity is that it’s all going to be blamed on Biden when the fact is if Biden would’ve ordered a hit would be dead. Democrats don’t do that kind of shit. They don’t attack our capital, they don’t do any of that crap. And they don’t own the Secret Service Secret Service. Independent they protect Trump for four years with no problems so get off your pompous ass and see if you can Have a logical response.
ur point? No one wants Biden, hes already for 1 foot IN THE GRAVE. the GOP wants tRUMP, he's messing with their agenda and cant be control, theyre SICK of him
@@ericsniper9843 I just had a person on MSNBC's FB page try to use Corey Comperatore as a way to disparage Trump. I guess there are imperfect people on both sides of the aisle.
2 EMU swat team members were assigned to secure that roof - they did it from inside the opened window of the adjoining building. However, when it was radioed that the person of interest (the shooter) was spotted walking on the ground (with no gun visible) they both left their assigned lookout position to assist with the ground search.
@@alanrowley750 you can guarantee it’s gonna come up at the congressional hearing and they will all say, I don’t know. We don’t know what that is, maybe it’s an alien.
Right down my dead end street ,is a Firehouse. Im not racist but it loked like all the men doing the roof were hispanic They had no problem navigating the more slanted roof then that one story building
Who let Trump walk out and begin his speech? I need a name! also the name of that short agent-has she been fired for hiding and then not even knowing how to re holster her gun?
I imagine old school is meeting new school. As a retired federal employee, I have my share of troubles of what I see as well but that has to do with who was appointed by a President to head an agency.
Here is a fact: the James J. Rowley Training Center, the Secret Service Training Academy, is named after former Secret Service director James Rowley. Ok U-tube take that factual comment down.
I'm not conspiratorial at all but.....c'mon. I don't blame people for thinking this shit was staged by Trump nor some type of conspiracy that allowed this massive mistake to happen. My dad, who was in the military, knew a Secret Service agent who, while at a speech by President Obama in DC, told us that there were a dozen snipers covering him, along with a few dozen spotters, and that 1 out 5 people there were Secret Service, but this untrained dork was able to get on the roof of a small building in an open area and not get immediately dealt with? Shit's wild
So...thats something that's ALWAYS DONE. Why do you think it wasn't done here. Also...who was the agent at Trump's limo that was on his radio and pointed his rifle at Trump...then listened to audio and moved away from limo.... Very interesting.
The stunning smarts of the FBI Director comes to light when she wouldn't allow officers on the low-slope roof. But hey she could have used scissor lifts or Genie lifts that go up to over 120ft for Trump's safety. Why didn't they?
@@sheryloldham505 They were at this event My sister works construction and had dealt with Slanted roofs the roof was fine Just needed the secret service up there
It will be interesting to see the final analysis of this fiasco. Most likely, Secret Service detailed the building to locals. The locals probably decided that the roof was slanted and assigned their officers inside, where they would be useless as a counter-sniper force or for building security because they would not spot anyone climbing up on the other side of the structure. The Secret Service incident commander is responsible for not inspecting the positions prior and correcting any assignments. Both the Secret Service and the local are telling the truth when they say, "It was out of our perimeter and controllable by locals" or "We told the Service we did not have the manpower" but that is to conceal their failures at performing effectively.
To be fair, what I read in the statement made by the Director of SS was that she was alluding to the LOCAL law enforcement not wanting to go on the roof because of safety. She sort of minced the words. If I’m correct she said there was a decision to not put anyone on the roof, not we made a decision to not put anybody on the roof. 🤷🏽♀️ It still should have had a drone or a SEVERAL local SWAT with long guns at the bottom of the building.
I noticed that nobody on here mentioned that while she did use try to use the excuse that there was nobody up there because it was a slanted roof the other two agents the snipers that did end up taking the guy out we’re on the other roof, which was also slantedso don’t forget that if you really want to tell a story, tell the whole story because when you tell half the story, you just make it look like conspiracy theories
0:29 😅 in Congress, it was shown that the roof that the shooter was on, the slope was less gradient than the rooves the SS was on😅 Shes full of it. Sh!!
