I have misophonia too. Tooth brushing is not one of them but there are many sounds that drive me crazy, especially whispering. Love the style of this song and video. This was all filmed in London right before he left for the military. Can’t wait for more music and acting from V after his military service.

This song is really nice and his voice just makes it really really nice. I love all the adlibs too. I agree that its about self love. But something additional I was thinking, was maybe all the couples actually represent 1 person (because why would you need 2 bus drivers, cooks, waitresses etc.) And all the love or the conflict in the couples is how the individual seems to V when he is alone at first (everyone seems happy) then when he is in a couple (everyone seems miserable). Then he finally found his other side at the end that he would have to accept and love- himself. It's a far stretch but just thought I would share. lol

Btw..can we talk about how Taehyung never fails to give us something fresh & different from what any of us thought about ?? Tae has gone ever higher with his falsetto in ‘Christmas tree’. He is really good with adding vocal fry and effects into his vocals. We just don’t get to see to much of it in the group songs but he showcases it in his solo work. His high notes in the live version of ‘Stigma’ are a chef’s kiss.

I found out recently that my son has Misophonia. He is 25 and the result is that he has a tendency to not eat around others, since he can’t stand the eating sounds. It seems to be something which can cause you to choose to live isolated from others, so I hope you can stay connected with those around you! (Btw, your son is adorable!) I’m so glad you’re reacting to FRI(END)S. V is amazing! His Song is great, and the video is quite comical. I feel it makes these points: when you’re single, you might feel lonely, and see everyone around you in a happy relationship. You fear you will die alone. But, when you’re in a relationship, it seems others around you are in relationships where they are always fighting. You fear you will die and leave your loved one behind. In the end , whether you are in a relationship or not, you still must wake up with yourself. So make sure you love yourself!💜

There's a running joke between Army and V as to why he always has to die at the end of his dramatic/romantic roles and videos and also in the one movie he starred in. So, when V made this video, he decided to play with Armys even more by not only dying once in the MV, but dying TWICE. I think that's why he winked and smirked at the end of this video.
