Sean "Diddy" Combs was denied bail again on Wednesday, Sept. 18, a day after a federal judge in Manhattan remanded him to await trial at a jail in Brooklyn.
The rapper was initially denied bail during his arraignment in Manhattan’s federal court on Tuesday, Sept. 17, and remanded to jail. A different judge denied his request for bail on Wednesday.
Combs’ legal team promptly appealed the judge’s decision to deny bail, and returned to court the following afternoon. In a Sept. 17 letter to the judge, Combs' lawyers described conditions at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as "horrific" and "not fit for pre-trial detention."

My father was in charge of the new jail that was built in our county. A few days before they were going to put prisoners in the new cells he gave me a tour. It was so spooky and scary and he told me that this would be the only time the cells would be clean because once the prisoners were put in the cells there would be sh-t all over the walls the next day.

Bruh, I knew, in the mid-80s I was heading towards jail/prison. I lived in SoCal, them prisons are not cool. I sat by myself one night and realized, I could never survive prison - even one day - I joined the Army 2 weeks later and saved myself, seriously. Came home 8 months later on leave, all my friends were in prison, unalived or still playin “The Game.” I did the right thing, I hope. 😂😂😂

I’ve enjoyed listening to Tommy since I first heard him on A-Aron’s channel. Now finding out that he’s a Vermonter explains why I like him so much. I was raised in Vermonter. Vermonters tend to be straight shooters, common-sense Yankees. Yea Tommy!

I heard his lawyer claiming diddy is doing really well. He's strong mentally and is determined to prove his innocence! When his lawyer exclaimed, he believed this psychopath was innocent, and he was going to prove it good luck with your delusional thinking! I'm fed up with all these rich psychopathic, narcissistic, sociopathic freaks getting preferential treatment! What does their highflying lifestyle and the conditions they've found themselves in have to do with anything nothing short of ill gotten gains in some way, shape, or form. The guy's scum and a lowlife freak!

Tim, I don't believe all the victims knew what they were getting into when agreeing to go to a party. Many were drugged unknowingly and those people are definitely victims. Not to mention videos that were taken and may have been used as blackmail to continue victimizing these people. So I would say the number of people that went into this knowingly is a small number compared to all the people involved against their will.

Agreed. Tommy is the expert on prison life and all the ins and outs of cops and robbers. It's one of the topics I like most on The Lifeboat (his channel). On STS, your guest assortment and the panel exchange really work. Thumbs up! Also Joel, you ask great questions and that's how the sausage is made.

Agree. I like the balance here. Joel seems to respect these guys. I’ve struggled to watch when he walks over equally smart people, but usually lawyers or legal commentators like Carl ( Adelson case) when Joel tends to take over, rather than moderate and lead the discussion. I’ve lost count how many times he just cuts over anyone who disagrees with him. Here, and in more recent posts, he seems to get the balance just right. He has strong, valid opinions, but isn’t just walking over the guests anymore, like theirs don’t count. You can have all the best guests in crime, but if you patronize & dismiss those smart guests, you know what? You will be highly viewed, but your viewer numbers will stay at 120k and your guests’ subs will exceed that quickly, as they don’t treat their guests like yours… This was a great video. Joel is getting the balance right here…

Rape is rape, no matter how rich the victim is. Nothing will make it right. Rich people can suffer too, they can be traumatised, abused, terrified. Not having compassion for victims based on them being different than us is not the right way. Did they consent in advance, because they wanted to engage in orgies with those people and be filmed? If not, they are victims, no matter the gender, the age, religion, prior wrong doings, latter success or money. If you do not want it happen to you, have some compassion for those who didn't want it and it still happened to them or their loved ones.

I know what you mean. I used to live in Greenwood, SC and would occasionally drive by the prison where Susan Smith is, which is an area where there are just a bunch of warehouses and not many people around. It was so eerie just to drive by.

They need to be great guests as everyone is getting a bit tired of Joel’s ego… He’s got great contacts and is seriously smart, but just can’t stop the superiority creeping through with guests, esp when they say something he doesn’t like. He cuts them down and not just by giving a contrasting view - it’s different. Like he needs to be top guy.Karm on the other hand, is terrific… intelligent, great insights, confident, yet compassionate… I see Joel changing a bit the past few weeks, maybe adapting to constructive criticism. Hope so. I love the content and guests, just need him to dial back the ‘me’…

💯 agree - Justin was a minor, he couldn’t consent to participating in anything. I also noticed that Tim seemed to imply that if people made it big (career wise) that they weren’t as much victims as the people who didn’t make it big… I don’t really agree tbh, there’s no way of knowing how broken inside people are and how much stuff they’ve got suppressed and locked away in internal abysses so that they can function and be successful. Anyway, enough of my tangent lol. Thank you for your comment because it’s a crucial thing to remember! 🙏

I'm not sure how much a channel name influences viewership, but now that the book is out, I would consider a name change. I know it is a personal thing, so I will just mention it once. As the channel gets bigger the personal story of the host and the channel name won't tell viewers, or potential viewers, what to expect from the channel, and if it has any influence at all on viewership, it will be in the negative. Something like a Daily Crime Daily Drama, or Daily Trauma. Something that tells the potential audience what to expect. It is a good name for a smaller podcast, or a podcast about Joel, but a name change might free things up and allow for a faster rise if the stars align and you break through to substantially higher subscriber levels. If you are being interviewed by mainstream media about the podcast, a name that reflects current events and the future makes more sense, won't need an explanation, and will connect with the new audience.

I watched another "creator" report on Stephan Baldwin, I think approx a month or two prior to Daddy's raid, and Baldwins cryptic posts. I can't remember it to actually quote it, but he was asking for prayers for Justin and Hailey and apparently Hailey unfollowed Stephan after that post.
