I remember reading about this last year when Sylvester Turner was mayor and Houston could not get water leaks fixed. I hope they All get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and have to pay back the money!

Normally the top crook allows the small crooks to steal until the day of reckoning in order to deflect attention from themselves (I.e. Sylvester)

To the convicted people-- thanks a lot for making it that much harder for other black folks who are actually qualified for jobs. Black women are losing by a lot. Ratchet attitudes, being placed in jobs they are unqualified for, and in turn doing a terrible job. A lot of us black folks are really skilled and have the credentials to run things. Hard part about lot of times is getting a shot.
