I remember this coach recruiting around the state of ky. He was at one of my games but was there to see a player from the visiting team lol. He got us title #7 and for that he is always gonna be a big blue legend 🙌

We sure wish we had him right now. Guy could coach. During the game, I seen nobody better.

Rupp looked and sounded like Rupp Arena this past Saturday beating Tennessee. Legend has it Sheppard went into the locker room before the game and said "if y'all don't step it up then take those jerseys off"! 😂 Go Big Blue ✌️💙

You could tell he was a little overcome from the ovation. The sigh and adjusting the glasses said it all. Great moment. I’m a Vols fan but must admit those mid 90’s UK teams were the real deal. I believe that ‘96 team could’ve beaten any team ever

Umm, hate to ruin the good feels here, but many of the Wildcat fans never gave Tubby credit, and believed that he only won the championship because of the talent that Pitino left him. Also they resented Tubby, and wanted him gone after he played his son Saul so much. I liked Tubby, but many of the fans here were glad when he was gone.

Yeah I was cheering that’ he is not Ky coach anymore.!!
