Former OceanGate Operations Director explains how he was IGNORED on safety concerns

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - David Lochridge, a former employee at OceanGate and whistleblower, feels like the Titan submersible implosion tragedy that killed five people could have been avoided if someone listened to his litany of safety complaints.
Lochridge, the former OceanGate operations director, had concerns about the company's practices since the beginning. He raised them. No one listened. After being fired from OceanGate in 2018, Lochridge became a whistleblower at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Still, his concerns were never directly addressed.

It's really a disgrace on Stockton Rush that he hired this gentleman who moved across the world to work with oceangate and then they discredit him and dismiss his professional experience and advice, then later fired him for basically knowing too much and pointing out the multitude of deadly flaws. Then filing auit against him.

@@GWNorth-db8vn Ocean Gate is company with registration in some country, town etc. Concerning to that fact company must be registered somewhere, and their activities must be in order with law, they must have legal approval (permit) for their activities. In order to above Ocean Gate vehicle (submersible) must be in register and classified for appropriate activities. If vehicle is classified as experimental then vehicle can be used for commercial activities.
