That dog looked so comfy in your arms. I was sexually abused from the age of 9 through 17 and even into my adult life, which is extremely difficult to talk about. I was also a gymnast, swimmer, diver. Later a coach and gym owner. I still have a hard time talking things, the VA is just now starting to get me to open up, maybe one day I will feel this hope that you and the other amazing ladies have started to feel. One thing is for sure, I have met and known Larry Nassar and he gave me the creeps back then. I wish I had known. I am sorry I didn't know, I would have done something to save all of you from what I have endured. Good luck in all you do, Aly!
I just googled...US ulympic athletes get paid US $37,000 for a gold medal - Russian government gives their athletes US $61, 000. Not to mention the hours they train, gymnasts typically train 30 hpurs plus a week, for years to get to the Olympics.
@@anovemberstar With all due respect Aly lives in a rich city. 37 grand wouldn't get a downpayment on a condo. I know how Russia works but Aly was hawking baby crap, trust me, she doesn't have that much money to live on unless mommy and daddy are paying for things
Has Aly Raisman got into politics? I've once fantasized about which of the former Olympic gymnastic athletes will become a comic book critic. Not one American adult Christian had ever said in prayer to Jesus, only you lived a perfect life, Lord, and only you knew what was right for us. 📖
Every sport has risks for young kids. Football and long term brain damage? Sex abuse in other sports…..eating disorders. This is a cultural problem…..not a sports problem.
@@deepeshmathuria None. I don't think groups of kids should ever be left alone with adults whom might've taken the coaching job (or any position of authority next to kids) for the the wrong reasons.
You like changing the world kiddo I’ve been involved in gymnastics since I was four years old and I’m now 62 you can do the numbers. Your mom is right about the metals but having those very very hard-working goal and reaching those metals with conflict and addressing and abuse, you are graceful and elegant. You’ve already changed the world for the better. Keep it up and thank you.🩷⭐️
