Ecl allowed cadres to camp at the supreme Court grounds even drinking alcohol in the perimeters of the court while matters where being adjudicated in the court clearing sending a message of intimidation to the judges handling the matters. Today the same people want to cry out loud that there is security in and around the courts. Should that be a problem. They want to make sure that there is low and order.
