There was a SIX page report, which SHOULD have satisfied the paperwork requirement ....but for some reason, further investigating took place. WHY? Did this police officer have some kind of a "known reputation" ....or did the criminal involved in this one instance, insist on investigating what actually happened? Further to this, how did the police department, or the police officials, explain how the TWELVE-PAGE REPORT CHANGE TO A SIX-PAGE REPORT? This change does not happen by itself. SOMEONE needs to do this. Are there other officers in this police department who are just as dirty as this guy? If CORRUPTION in a police department exists, the entire system needs to be thoroughly investigated. Considering the police department could be dirty, it might be easier to FIRE THE LOT OF THEM AND START FROM SCRATCH. . .
