Two things make Israel so strong despite its borders with all these Arab countries: 1- Unlimited American and Western support 2- The betrayals of our Arab rulers.
This guy is far better than most talking heads on the issue of Palestine. However, it's pretty clear that there can never be peace in that region as long as the apartheid state of Israel continues to exist.
There are 2 million Arab Israeli citizens! They are represented in the Knesset as well! How many Jews are in Gaza (apart from hostages like a 10 month old baby)? How many are in Hamas government? Which is the apartheid state? Do you have the ability to think clearly?
Something called Israel can exist in peace with its neighbours, as long as the policies by which it exists - apartheid, annexation of land, control of the Palestinians, etc. cease to be. It's not about the name, but what is done in sake of that name. To tell the truth, a well behaved Israel is hard to imagine at this point, but it's either that or its inevitable destruction in the long term. There is never a good end to abuse and injustice.
Note: There are American generals and Western military advisors in Israel who are helping it in its war against Palestine So that the Americans and Westerners do not say in the future that we did not know, you are participating in what is happening to us.
OUR LEADERS are participating in this crime not us. That is a big difference. Many of us protest against this. If you think it is unjust that civilians in Gaza get killed fpr teh actions of Hamas then it is also unjust that we get killed for the actions of our stupid political establishment. So if you want allies in this fight, you need to learn to differentiate. Otherwise this will never stop.

My respect to this guy who has the conscience unlike many which just say doing their job helping in genocide in plain sight to the world. For once, the interviewer's spot on. What makes this so different is namely only in scale, not in kind, which means that if this gentleman truly had any integrity, he would have resigned, if not upon discovering that Israel used the weapons routinely to terrorise/kill Palestinians from day to day, then at least after Israel's first full-scale attack against Israel back in 2008, fifteen years ago.
