Most of these are right except goku black and vegito For vegito, buu saga vegito was somewhere between galaxy and Universal level, and goku became universal in base at the end of BoG so he could beat buu saga vegito in base, not ssj. And for goku black, he got massively stronger than he was in the goku black arc during the T.O.P. for example, universe 7's spirit bomb was said to be stronger than anything the kai's had witnessed before (including fused zamasu and blue vegito) and that became goku's Ui omen 1 strength. Kefla was then said to be stronger than ui omen 1 and ui omen 2 was stronger than her. A bunch more stuff and zenkais happen before goku can contend with a moderately supressed jiren in ssjb, despite being obliterated by a jiren who was barely trying at the beggining of the T.O.P. Tbh when Goku and luffy fought (literally an episode in one piece)he went super saiyan first form and luffy didn't use his haki completely. If that's the case then fighting with Naruto will also result in going super saiyan.
