My opinion on the accident/incident goes like this: Russell Mercedes Hamilton. Russell used the tyres in the sprint race and he knew the pace they had so he should have expected Lewis to have the same or better pace during the race so he should be expecting Lewis to be passing him on the race start and not pulling over on Lewis 3 times and then lying about not knowing he was there.

George is busy trying to beat Lewis instead of developing the car.

Russell saw Lewis, He knew the plan, he did it on purpose.

Russell blatantly ignored team orders again, Hamilton did not expect him to be racing him so hard, as they were on different strategies. Did you here him gaslighting Hamilton on the radio? That's sure traits of guilt, the reason why Toto entered the chat.

Russell can not be trusted. They spoke before the race about the tires. He should have stayed behind Max. He knew Lewis was coming and Lewis car passed his car. He should have slowed up then. The first thing he said was that he was not looking in his mirror. He didnt have to look in his mirror. Lewis car had already passed him.

The only issue I have with Lewis is he trusted George.
