Me and my wife went to Forney about 7 months ago. We are from Vegas and I told my wife that Forney is a diamond in a rough. the drive from ForthWorth to Dallas seemed longer than Dallas to Forney. The Whole Dallas traffic is crazy, never seen a place that's so flat with no parallel streets so you can avoid the freeway. If the growth continues I see Forney being a hot spot in 5 years. I love the away from big city feel. Forney is my first choice then Crowley. Thanks for the video.
Yes it, my family and I just moved to Forney in November and we Love it, We don't mind just outside the big city, very low crime rate and Forney is growing, I have to admit Forney does need more jobs and another walmart to relieve the pressure from the one and only walmart it has but we're very happy with our move, great video

Thanks for the video! We'll be moving in the next year or sooner from San Diego! Both my husband and I grew up in small town Oregon and miss that. We're both business owners so I also love the historical buildings. Can't wait to check those out.
San Diego to Forney? How about a nice community up in Frisco or Mckinney. The roads are wider and accessible to multiple freeways. Forney is bulging and the 2 lane roads is killing the community.
Princeton is rural. Lavon is situated in a nice spot that gives you options to get to Plano, Dallas, or Rockwall. The traffic is mild in the area, outside near Rockwall and Lavon rd towards Firewheel Shopping Center traffic is heavy especially on the weekends.
@@VIPRealty the difference is Forney has too many 2 lane roads. I see between 80 and 20 a Lagoon community is being built which will bring in 2700 homes. That 2 lane road will not be able to handle the traffic if the city don't jump on this.
