Fort Bravo, whole town film-set built in the Spanish Desert, Tabernas 

Camping at and visiting Fort Bravo in the Tabernas desert in Spain, otherwise known as Texas Hollywood.
Tabernas is Europe's only real desert, with rainfall around 20cm per year. It's close resemblence to the American Midwest made it useful as a movie set for Western movies, both the Hollywood and Spaghetti varieties, as well as other films requiring desert wasteland.
Famous movies filmed here include A Fist Full of Dollars and other Clint Eastwood greats, Lawrence of Arabia, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and many more.
An entire town was built to provide a set for Western films including a typical wild west town, with gallows, a fort, a Mexican pueblo and an Indian camp.
