Disciplined, motivated, and physically fit aren't terms I'd use for the graduating class I was there with. Likely hasn't improved in the last 8 years. But whatever, it's the Army.
Respect to America and your Armed Forces. However it surprises me that an important event is conducted so casually but perhaps it differs between Graduations. In the UK the Graduation Parade is practised and involves all the drill you have learnt whilst wearing your No1 uniform armed with the current issue rifle and Bayonet gleaming in your many hours polished boots. The band playing as you March. Your drill display teams are smart and do excellent display drill with old service Rifles we use standard movements with the current weapon. So having seen the drill teams I would have thought there would be more showmanship in this. Respect to all passing out this is just a observation.
