Very ambitious plan for this Town. Hopefully it will improve the lives of those living there.

The covered areas within the marina would be an ideal place to install solar panels. This would be a green measure which could generate income by feeding power to the Iowa power grid or perhaps the proposed pavilion - or both.

I am looking forward to docking our pontoon boat there in 2022 if possible, looks like a great facility

This looks to be a nice marina project. I am sure they will have docks for transient boaters.

I think they should have put a tall bridge over the inlet to get to the path and back more convenient

I see they're going to turn the water from brown to blue

But doesn`t the Mississippi get a vote on how successful the marina is and for how long?

I can't believe they yass-ified the marina

They should add public fishing access for non-boaters to the improvements so people dont fall on the shore line boulders injuring themselves.
