Thx! I need to find more ark shells 🐚 I’d like to make more and maybe sell them on my website. The goal is to have a selling page there and I can sell crafts and shells but I have to get some stock and figure all that out in time 👍🏼
Lil Nutmeg is adoreable. I like that spiral worm snail. Don’t see those often or at all in Virginia. The key chain you made is beautiful and unique. Great day as always blessed
Aww thank you Ella is the best! I’ve been to Virginia before to that park that has the wild ponies that’s pretty nice there! I need to hunt more of those ark shells 🐚 for more pendants 👍🏼 blessings to you!
Congrats on the channel keep going my nephew is close to 500k subscribers and has been vlogging about 7 years. Love the beaches and miss my old Melbourne Beach home
Thx Dr. Scott for the encouragement! I’m so thrilled to just pass 1k ❤️ Congratulations to him that is an amazing accomplishment 🎉 If you don’t mind can you tag or post a link of his channel here. Thank you for watching…I love our Space Coast & travels to other beaches 🙌🏽
I love the keychain idea! I would totally buy that if you started selling them 😬And you have convinced me that I need to add the east coast to my list of shelling destinations 😊
I'll see how things go! I'd like to make a few and see about setting up a selling page on my website at some point. Yes! The east coast can be good too. Palm Beach county rocks!
Love those little coffee bean trivias you find 🤩 I think they’re bigger than the trivia shells from Australia? It was a really lovely day at the beach; so nice to be out with the family ❤️ Thanks for sharing!
Hey Maddie! They might be a little bit bigger and I do have big hands for a woman 🙃🤣 Thx for watching shell friend ❤️🐚 I’m always so eager to see your next trip-those shells you find are out of this world and I’m learning the names as I watch so the chance I get to go to Australia I’ll know a little something 👍🏼 If you don’t mind me asking…when is the “season” to Shell where you are? I know in Florida the best “season” is like from late September to about late March; granted you can find shells all year around, but that’s like the sweet time frame for shelling.
@@FloridaBeachWalks Oh, I think your trivia's are quite a bit bigger than mine, then! My hands chubby, but regular lady-sized 🤔 And as for the best season to go shelling, I think that's got to be winter for Queensland. Winter is when the marine life gets hungrier, and preys on the sea snails and cowries; so you will find more empty shells washed ashore in glossy condition. but honestly? If you're persistent enough, you can find a lot around the beaches at any time if the year. My videos are usually filmed within a week of releasing them, so you can see a snap shot of what I find all year-round...same days are better than others, and sometimes that's just luck. I generally say that summer is a more difficult time to find shells; mostly because of the school holidays and other beach goers will also collect a lot of shells while visiting for a swim. The summer can be good after storms though, but that means there is a lot of rain which isn't good for the rock pools. It can also sweep away shell from a beach depending on the direction of the wind/storm. Yep, I digress, my winter is great for shelling, followed by autumn/spring 😁
Oh nice! Thx for the info! I’m still working my way through all your video content (which I LOVE ❤️). What a spectacular area to live in! Happy shelling!
@@FloridaBeachWalks No problem 😁 though sometimes you just can't predict what you will or won't find at the beach. I went shelling yesterday (Thursday) at the super low tide, and was surprised to see nearly nothing in the rock pools! Either the rain washed it all elsewhere, or the Monday public holiday crowds really picked it clean (I heard the crowds packed the beach that day)! New shells wash up everyday, but still, I think the beach was just having a quiet day after the crowds!! As always, thank you so much for looking through my video library ❤️ and I look forward to seeing each of your new adventures as you release them ☺️
