Fort Yargo State Park Yurt Camping Review! Fort Yargo State Park, GA 

Hi! I'm here scouting it out in June, 2024. They are very peaceful. The walk in isn't bad at all. I just found out if you have a library card, you can check out a yearly pass and a family pass to historic sites for free admission to the parks (as opposed to purchasing the yearly pass. You can just renew it from the library. At least the admission will be free.) We also joined ReserveAmerica to book our sights and earn points toward free camping. To bring our things in, we have a folding wagon. I am wondering about the two yurts that have water spigots outside. If they are communal, I would wonder if people would respect quiet. My.sons used to camp w their boy scout troop at Ft. Yargo at the primitive sites. There may be restrictions placed about fishing in this part now (2024). There were lots of people fishing at the picnic area on a different part of the lake today. Nice video😊
