I love Forte more than any other anime character, but to be fair, he isn't, in the main story, a nice person. In the games (my favorite version of his story) he was blamed for enormous damage to the internet, caused by Alpha. Forte survived his attempted deletion, crawling away and slowly absorbing stength. Now, he's got a grudge against humanity. A big one. He only fused with Megaman to save himself (and to be stronger).
