@@RamiCrafy they're gonna replay the event at 6 PM and 10 PM (my timezone, the only one that matters) because of how many people missed the event due to the hour-long queues
@mediumChungus69 not really, old events yes, the zeropoint one you had to jump around and collect fragments. Other events like the galactis event you fought galactis. Even in most events you can freely move this one felt lazy.
Dear God an event video with no audio you're a hero, thanks for not screeching over this game play like a mentally ill child that just witnessed us achieve world peace, you earned a like.
People like that are honestly why I can't get into the Fortnite community as much as I like the game, everyone delivering news or theories just has the obnoxious "RU-vidr voice" and soyfaces in every thumbnail. If there's a RU-vidr in the community who talks like an actual human being, please let me know so I can sub to them.
I'm not the only one who thinks this was missing something yeah? Like it wasn't bad but it ended WAY too early. I was expecting more, even just cutscenes like the C2 S2 and S5 events? No story? Just a few product placements and that's it? I thought it was going somewhere when the rocket and meteor started bugging out, like it wasn't going to hit the Zero Point this time. Unless they have a long ass introduction to the new chapter planned with an event or something I can't see why they thought something like this was a good idea
I mean I’m glad epic made sure they didn’t make another fracture, but I just felt like there was still more that could’ve happened, like where was jones? what happened to slone and the chapter 4 map? Doesn’t really matter, yknow as long as chapter 5 and the new storyline Charlie wen is in charge of is good and overall this was a fitting conclusion to a great “season”, but I think they spent too much time on advertising, that’s just me tho
very fitting because chapter 4's story was practically nonexistent, this is what happens when you end a chapter that wasn't even supposed to exist in the first place I guess
This is literally better than Fracture. And it was made on Creative 2.0. Epic really improved. And I can see it. Those cutscenes with LEGOs, Rocket League and Eminem were PEAK!
Is it just me or something doesn’t add up correctly… Kevin is gone, the Glow from the mountain did nothing, and the monster did not appear…. Could they be following us to chapter 5?
@@nerfgunmilitary2833The story has been six feet under ever since the war between IO and The Seven ended. Everything after that has been so haphazardly thrown together that it can't even be called a story. Not having any story in the event and instead using it to wipe the slate clean is the right move
tbh i think the event was really not that good, the visuals were pretty nice, and they added the collabs really well, but the story wasn‘t really part of the event sadly. Where did the LootLake Island go, what did we really extract? experience? where is the memorable part at the end. Don‘t get me wrong it was pretty okay for a lot of people but personally i don‘t think that it was good. It really just was a promo move for lego, eminem, the racing mode and that‘s it. They didn‘t talk about the ch4 island or what really happened to it and slone. The Time Machine only corrupted the Meteor and the rocket. At the end it‘s just my opinion but yea.
@@gametugboat3985 tbh i think fracture was just boring and the cutscene at the beginning was pretty trash, because we only saw the fight but never fought as players, it was just a minigame for way too much time that killed the vibe.
Yeah it's kinda sad cuz i got in troubles with my parents because of it cuz i wanted to do it and do my home work after , i got grounded FOR THAT JUST SOME LEGOS AND AN EMINEM CONCERT cmon epic
This would've fucking great to see live! Right epic Games? Thanks for kicking me out 2 minutes before the event started and putting me into the 1 hour Queue! And just now I tried going for the 1st rerun! Thanks for putting me from 2 minutes of waiting time to 1H30 minutes of wait time after 1H and 30 minutes of wait time!
Yeah bro me too I literally got kicked out of Fortnite for 50 minutes and when I got in it logged me out and I couldn't do it with my friends and then when I try to get into the second my que was like 3 hours and then I didn't even let me in and then and then it said another 2 hours and I was like you know what screw this there is one more show=one more chance I hope I can do get in to it at 11:00 Eastern time that's my time zone❤😊
That’s literally what happened to my mate as soon as the event came online to play the game instantly kicked him and put him in a hour queue time meaning he missed the event and he tried for ages getting back and he couldn’t get in and he had to go through 3 separate queue times and it just did not work and kept on kicking him everytime the queue time was up
Midas a vu tellement de choses, ainsi ce qu'il s'est quasiment passé lors de la fin du chapitre 1. Tu as prédit l'événement, encore une fois, bien joué 🤣👍
i was mentally preparing myself to cry and feel emotional bc we are losing this og map once again, buuut i couldn't even get in so i watched it on yt and was pretty let down, like no crazy story elements that were so hyped by slone saying "for the first time idk whats gonna happen next"
Now that all the new modes are out, Donald Mustard tweeted something about how right now Fortnite is literally at its peak, because ever since the beginning of fortnite everything up until now (6 years) was planned, and he said the same thing slone did. So im pretty sure they put that line because they quite literally dont know what direction Fortnite will go on in the future.
@@YapperClips?? Why r u acting like 1 guy vs a multi million dollar company are on the same level of production, no he can't make it better in 1 day, epic had 1 year to do this and they sucked at ir
imagine if we came back to the map after we traveled through all the different realities and saw the volcano erupting while the map was still unstable then the monster comes out with the cube queen and they fight or smth
okay, heres a theory i think alot of people could follow up this OG season is kinda a way to wipe the whole story we got. theres nothing to add up to the new story, and this event focused mainly on new modes now, it barely had lore for one reason we're most likely restarting the whole thing, as this event happens in the chapter 2 timeline (as far as we know) because we never came back to chapter 4 so i believe chapter 2 exists, but we just never went there and instead went to helios (chapter 5 map) due to the llama throwing us towards the lego reality, changing our journey this means chapter 3 and 4 are non existant now, as we changed the entire route of the story so i think what really happened here and why we didnt get that many lore related stuff was due to the story restart .. epic games said themselves this is a new beginning for fortnite aswell, so this event was to show us new stuff and how they're going to change fortnite as we know it this wasn't a bad event. it just didn't have too much to follow up after the disaster the story became after chapter 3 and 4 i feel like this was the right step to take. hope chapter 5 is great, and hope its story is amazing! also, perhaps the memorable reveal is an mini event after joining chapter 5 for the same time, just like in chapter 3 where we talked to the foundation in the beginning, then we got to chapter 3
it would be good for epic to at least explain the lore, because the event didn’t bring in any new lore. It showed us how the universes are connected, anda that’s it.
I’d assume Helios is a remixed Chapter 2 because we altered the trajectory of the event by making the rocket and meteor glitch out, changing the entire story somehow by the Zero Point blooming violently instead of how it was meant to start in the Chapter 2 Season 1 cinematic.
took me a whole hour to process what i saw LOL. but holy, that was good honestly!!!! i loved the jumpscare after the first part lmao and all the segments were real fun cool, tho i should say it did feel short even if it was like 11 min. and i think now i get what the reveal of this event was my only real complain is not the event itself, but i just find super offputting/underwhelming that after it you can just,, go back to the lobby and play like normal as if nothing happened LOL, only that anyways, im glad chapter 4 is finally over, had a sweet time during fortnite og and the event and i hope chapter 5 brings great stuffs!!!!!!! the future seems quite bright finally !!! EDIT: oh also im glad this wasnt another fracture LOL otherwise i would have genuinely cried
yeah, the only thing i was excited about the event was the new map. the other part is bullshit. LIKE BRO WHY DID WE HAVE TO COLLET ZERO FRAGMENTS FOR 36 MINUTES OR SMTH😭
In my opinion, this was a good event. Was it an ad? Yes. Was the Eminem part way too short? Yes. But were the visuals stunning, the interactive trailers good and the part of the Eminem concert we got good? Absolutely. The event needed to be longer, but I still liked it a lot.
my question is what happend to the kevin floating island. and how did the zero point become unstable. you could see the zero point cracked before the meteor hit it. the reason why the seven made the plan to use the meteor to reset the zero point was because it was unstable. but it wasnt so whats the point. overall the event was pretty sick. just doesnt make sense in terms of story.
Ye i totally agree, but since it didn't include the "memorable reveal", my guess is its guna be like the chapter 2 event where it does the black hole, and then you float towards the new map, and triggers a new cutscene as soon as you get in, but that's just a guess at this point.
no. this was WORSE than fracture. with fracture there was story and it felt kinda like an event. i did not stress so much that i got a headache for a god damn superbowl ad
@@gametugboat3985 k, if you think an event where you had to collect orbs for 40 minutes, waiting for the zero point to bring in a small island every ten minutes, and do random quest was better than this, that’s fine, it’s an opinion after all
Puddy it's been a long time since I watched u I started watching you since I was only 11 I'm 13 now and I really thought u were gone I love your content keep doing what u love
This is the most recent video I can comment on, but I'd just like to say to ISPuddy that I didn't know you make maps, but the Hollow Purple Testing map is so cool🔥
Guys don't complain about the event being bad. They are humans too and they probably used what stuff they got to make this available for all consoles to run it and then some. Like...don't be mad that it didn't live up to society's now impossible expectations, be glad it was a awesome event that will bring forth a new take on the future story of Fortnite.
Nahh bro a company with more money they can count makes a concert worse then the Travis Scott concert that was made like 3 years ago I mean the kid Karli one was better
Wasn’t that bad of an event, but I feel more could’ve been done story wise. It ended way too soon. No real gameplay, Lego and Eminem bits were too short, could’ve been greater but I feel they did ok.
Slone wasn't even on the map. She hasn't been all Season. Her audio logs were something that Jones brought with him from Chapter 4. Not sure why you expected her to be involved.
Jones was supposed to bring something from the past but…what was it? Like was he grabbing the zero point? Or maybe just a version of the 7 that’s not dead?
Every time jonesy went back in time created an instance of this event, as Slone knows they've time traveled countless times before. All these trips and repeated attempts were reaching a critical mass, as the last message from Slone says for the *first time*, she doesn't know what happens next. This event is the result of all the attempts crashing in on each other. They recreated a multiverse that has been ravaged by the last reality, and other forces, since forever. They weren't 'saving the future' They were saving the past.
