Fortnite Festival: 6 Months Later

Without watching this yet. Festival for me personally is the strongest of the three game modes that came with Chapter 5. And it's not even close, and that only boosted my liking when Metallica took over BR for a few weeks

Glad you had fun with Festival! Being a huge lover of music, Festival pulled me in from the start, and the devs do a great job handling criticism and keeping an open ear for suggestions. I hope the song quality and battle stage continue to improve over time. In terms of the Festival Pass jam tracks, they should eventually reach the item shop roughly two seasons after their pass expires.

Got back into Guitar Hero about a year or so before Festival came out, so it was a nice surprise to see the series I was falling back in love with get it's "spiritual successor." It's a ton of fun, for me personally it got me playing Expert finally where I would usually stick to Medium in GH, and they continue to evolve the game with new modes like Battle Stage. I'm hoping we do see some improvements to Battle Stage and maybe so additions like a practice mode, but it's cool to see that this game goes beyond rhythm game fans or music heads and still be just as fun.

If I’m correct now if you play private in battle stage you get to choose what songs you want to play This information was from the festival season 5 blog post

2:42 I think these little details make the game more fun. Sure it's harder, but it's doable and IMO hard equals fun.

LEGO Fortnite is just naturally gonna have more players, the game is much slower and has a broader target audience. However, I feel like Festival is the most respected and has the most dedicated community out of the 3 game modes that were released last year. Epic also profits from Festival a lot more than the other two.

you really gotta play a higher difficulty if you want to have any hope at getting better. I hopped straight on expert with minor rhythm game experience, and I grinded drums on i by kendrick for a week until i got a decent grasp on it

Festival is one of my favorite game modes because it brings me back to the good old guitar hero days and the fact it's made by the same team that did rock band and guitar hero is a win win!

Rocket racing while not doing anything wrong quest or update wise is just frustrating not in the everyone is a sweat way reload is, but in the way that it just does not feel good or work well. Lego Fortnite is fun for a while, but eventually gets boring because it does not have many quests or new content. While Fortnite Festival is a basic rhythm game, it has a vast selection of jam tracks that can be played for free through the featured or new selection, a good number of free rewards, and an overpriced pass. I like it.

I don't like how jam tracks and lobby music is next to each other in the lobby music section. Call that lack of attention!

Grutar hero was my first game Fortnite festival is what got me to play Fortnite

I said how you inspired me and stuff like that but I just wanted to tell you I'm making my own BR and it's my dream to get a pro creative player to see it. I know you probably won't see this or the map but it's called "Alternates" inspired by "Snapshots". Love you man take care.
