cheater situation is terrible, we need to spread information about this, so epic can no longer remain silent anymore and they will have to do something
@@martinstudios316 Like I said before, do some research. There are ways to get around it that are incredibly difficult to detect. Such as running cheats through a DMA card on a 2nd PC.
I love playing Fortnite. But the problem is that when you DO NOT cheat, its really impossible. So I stopped trying to win and just play to complete quests. That's kind of sad to me
To break it down in to terms that anybody can understand.. he’s basically saying you’re not gonna prevent people from speeding by radar and then issuing tickets. You have to make a car that can’t go above the speed limit.
It’s not as much is this guy makes it out to be most of the hackers get banned before finals and they can’t earn in other tournaments because finals is a day later
Rough guess it's because epic knows that the hackers will make you think it's a skill issue so you'll wanna play their game more so they passively encourage it.
But also while I'm not one for hacking the idea of banning the console/system instead of the IP in terms of a casual game like Fortnite would probably cause issues with the fbi/Nsa at some point I'd think. Like I could see them demanding access to the software and epic/Fortnite would have to make a choice and given how they tend to be with most things I don't know that I'd trust them with that decision. 😂
Epic makes billions of dollars from in-game sales. So long as micro-transactions remain the focal point of their revenue, they aren't going to go all out on banning every single player that *might* be cheating, because I'm sure that's *a lot* of people. Epic's annual revenue might also explain why they aren't too worried about cheaters getting a chunk of the tournament money. It's just a drop in the bucket.
At the end, the cheat developer states that more flags/detection (specifically hardware spoofing) in the game launching process would better deter/block said hacker(s). Regular anti-cheat software focuses more on added files or background scripts, scanning at the root level of the user's PC. Indeed, if sustainable detection was developed to check and ensure a user's HWID (hardware ID) it would block and sustain bans of these cheaters. But then again -- anti-cheat developers can only go so far, and as a learning developer myself, this cat-and-mouse game is only growing in complexity.
Exactly that. Regular anti-cheat software like User Level Anti-Cheats can only go so far. I believe many game devs are now making kernel-level anti-cheat software to monitor any attempt of something trying to breach the Process' Access violations. It's hard to make undetectable internal hacks, but like the cheat developer said, it's got something to do with drives. I guess we can call it a civil war of Drives lol

This cheating situation is so bad. I do this every tournament for the streamer I mod for. Once every so often I get a supsect apprehended screen, but mostly it doesn't happen, even when the cheater is being blatant and streaming the whole thing laughing in the face of everyone at Epic and greedily taking the earnings. At that point, Epic are beyond useless.

W vid hacker content is beneficial because first of all it’s amusing af, it sheds light on hackers, educates people on typical hacker behavior and hopefully forces Epic to at least publicly acknowledge it or at the very least invest more into anti-cheat. I wouldn’t doubt it if the hacker has watched one of your videos lol
I also heard that they do group bans, meaning they wait until several people have used this certain hacker program, and do a wide ban of the program and users.
That's why cheats have loaders with unique build id or whatever so that essentially means that if 2 are using the same cheat and 1 gets banned the other won't because their cheat is "different"
Thanks Ben I wanted to try and make money off Fortnite tournaments but this looks horrible. It is so sad we cant just have fair fighters anymore. :( Anyway THX again!!!!!
If epic games doesn’t want to do THEIR job and provide good service to its consumers they need to figure out alternative ways to fix the problem. I don’t care if they shut down the game for 6 months straight. They need to fix this issue. I’m also tired of hearing only about hacking in tournaments. They are also in pubs rampantly destroying the experience for other players. I work in business and this is terrible business for the amount of money they could be making. My kids won’t even touch this game anymore due to the cheating problem and before some dummy says well it’s just kids quitting… I spent a ton of money on skins and everything they wanted on the game. This is losing them revenue weather they see it or not.
He obviously bought an account just to cheat because epic recently made requirements for tournaments so they just buy cheap accounts for like 2$ and I suppose they get lucky sometimes so that's it

2:31 its really easy to do, the game files can be changed, and someone smart enough could make it so ziplines take you to max height, the same method can be used to for example get the boss cars early
I don’t know how epic is still letting this happen, but who thinks Ben should do a I banned hackers series? Sounds like a good way to ban these guys epic is to focused on improving the game to ban hackers that take the fun out of a game
When you get caught cheating first thing you do is you have to reinstall windows using a usb drive format all ur drivers after on a fresh install you run the spoofer then you can run the mac address changer but if your constanly cheating you can just use cleaners and spoof again but more high chance of getting banned again
The people at Epic Games never breathe oxygen so therefore could not possibly come up with a viable solution to the cheating problem. It’s best a lot of people stop buying into the game and just play

Unfortunately it's the same in ranked . However it's an easy cash grab in tournaments . Epic need to crack down or get developers to play and live ban people
I'm on PC which has no aim assist :(. I reported so many never once got this message from your video. I don't game ranks or tournaments cause the cheats as your video shows. What a video INCREDIBLE!!. I see so many default skins cheats than gamers with skins killing me. Mind boggling how these guys score 30+ kills on aim assist abuse ups downs away from sights never leading a target miss shots catching following like locked ON to kill YOU with every shot, and is accepted. How they make videos to get paid and some gaming on PC as you can see how they are gaming with desk arms spread apart on K&M killing like nothing software device driven, and is accepted by the community and FN. Makes you see they might be using something....and they don't care in my opinion to get them out with ANTI CRAP and lose money....... This is why I mainly do quest and sometime I beat the cheat too. I usually die half a second fully shield fully health from distance, cheater then disconnects. Seen a guy in ranks previously ZB display 2000+ crowns in front of me, and he was laughing too. So BROKEN Millions dollar game. Disney, marvel, DC investing on these??? Great video subscribed!!! There's a lot more we don't know behind the scenes...yet we see and die invest on FN every day........in my opinion. Cheaters must be the most miserable people are alive. You can't be good enough, now you think cheating makes you better, but It makes you worse. Cheaters will never know there true potential. Sad and pathetic.
Epic will lose more than 50% of players if they do anything about it. The only option is to make these abilities standard for everyone and level the playing field.

I found a lot teams of NPC like players. They are running arround some place, and only atack you when you get closer. Usually full team land in a corner of a map. I think it is a XP gain and v-dollars generator for items for other accounts
what i cant figure out is a lot of other games have many different types of anti cheat systems in place (even if they arent full proof) IE like Punkbuster and yet Fortnite does the bare minimum. With the loot this game pulls in they should have a top notch anti cheat program running and scanning to ban folks immediately.

It really depends on how it appears from 3rd person because they might not have all the evidence or he might not be rage cheating for them to actually ban him and I don't think they take esp itself as evidence because that's pretty irrelevant regardless of everything
worst case Fortnite becomes bots playing each other either say an undetectable AI that gets video feed and controls computer or direct to the server API. the API should give the least amount of information to the clients, but i guess at some point you need to know when that person behind the wall is there on the client machine.

Been playing BR games since 2015. Same story as every big BR game. Developer dragging feet about hardware bans and region locks and it kills the game. Problem now is there's not much else to play for Fortnite has a monopoly. Expect no changes whatsoever, no matter how bad the cheating gets, from the Dev.
Im a cheat developer, I also think the cheating in tournaments is getting outta hand. I remember when i used to play legit (2 years ago) I had never even come across a hacker. Now, 2024 I came into the cheating space in 2023, I realize this whole game is cooked LOL
