The whole mutliverse thing is genuinely the smartest thing to have for anything with as many crossovers and collabs that Fortnite has. I do wish they had more involvement with the lore like how Marvel and video game characters actually were brought in for lore reasons
There are, but these are mot explained in this video. For example the Batman/Fortnite Zero Points comics are really great. As for the Marvel Zero War comics, haven't read them.

it's stated that in the loop wich is the primary gameplay of the battle royal it stripes a lot of abilities off of superhumans and other non-humans there are some ways to get around it but usually they just forget they have it or they have their powers removed still wack-ass tho
Not necessarily the "Smartest", just pretty powerful but even then not even THE most since there are plenty of more powerful things. We also see several loopers being able to escape the Loop so it's not exclusive to them. Anyone who stands in the center of the Storm eye and is the last one standing (In other words, winning BR) escapes the Loop.
That's the interesting thing about the Storyline. If you don't take it seriously it's hilarious but if you do, it feels really cool and awesome. Half a decade of storytelling spanning several events, seasons, chapters, islands and more...
I find it interesting how epic manages to make lots of collabs fit into the story like Galactus in Chapter 2 Season 4 and Optimus this season helping figure out whats up with the jungle. It makes me wonder if whenever they do a Power Rangers collab they would try and connect the Morphin Grid to the Zero Point's lore or something. Also I find it funny no one in chat noticed or pointed out that Paradigm is Brie Larson
Fun fact, in the Marvel Zero War comic, it's mentioned that Vibranium might have originated from the Zero Point. Also worth mentioning that Wolverine has sex with Geno's daughter in that comic, too. (The red haired one.)
The Fortnite Storyline is very intriguing, but it’s also a mess at times I must admit. The problem is a third of what you watched is just theories of the story and not factually accurate which is the problem with Fortnite’s story. There’s so many unexplained things that we have to make theories which eventually turn into headcanons until confirmed right or wrong.
Oh god it's like Kirby lore where nothing is ever confirmed but with a much bigger community more likely to get something wrong and stick to it. Guessing there's no one bothering to directly state the truth in an interview either.

The strongest character in the storyline is The Nothing and this character has potential to be one of the strongest characters in fiction but at the moment he doesn’t have a lot of feats. He’s been confirmed to be boundless by epic and that’s all.

Instead of pulling out a gun, I talked to jars of fireflies on their head on a Snowy Mountain so he didn't burn to death. They got hit by glass jars, getting my first and only kill and ending the match, and I was confused because I won.
My first win was back in Chapter 2 Season 8: I built a shell of armored wall around myself on a mountain. I was on Solo mode, and also one person was remaining: I patiently waited for them to break down my wall before I blew them to bits with a shotgun lol
my theory is that the zero point has hyjacked the loop, the io and oath bound only think they are in control. but the zero point has turned the loopers into a new level of defense

Honestly I liked the first chapter a lot more than nowdays cause now it is just collaborations non stop. And it was fun trying to come up with the story using hints. I remember thinking that maybe the loop is used to train people to fight the storm in Save The World.
The chapter 4 lore being half assed starts making sense when you take into the account that they made this chapter because they wanted a no-build friendly map and meta

At 30:44, T5G explains the Loop incorrectly. The Loop is controlled entirely by the Zero Point, and the Storm is one of its defense mechanisms, while the Imagined Order are just the gatekeepers and monitor every single iteration of the Island happening at a specific moment. Just wanted to point out an inaccuracy :)
30:57 i believe the solution to this is that the loop is the zero points defense mechanism from people trying to go to the island to take its power, to escape the loop and reach the REAL island you need to be the last one standing

it's been leaked by a trustable source that there are 2 more season in this chapter, I can see it playing out like this c4 s4-the telescope thing reawakens and brings some of the last reality to try and takeover, I can imagine it'd be something like two more Triarch characters for light and earth maybe, along with some small chimaera army, maybe Luffy as tier 100 or secret skin with challenges to unlock his gear transformations as styles (except for gear 3 and for gear 4 prob. just snakeman) and as for map changes maybe the volcano activates, some more alien biome from c2 s7 in like a small area (single POI) like the citadel, and jungle biome, mega biome, ice biome, and normal biome stays, I can see the new alien citadel spreading throughout the medieval biome c4 s5-aliens spread more into the map and chaos begins like another war season, but now it's the loopers vs the last reality full force, I could imagine the cube's cradle in the sky like the mothership, but it has a mini live event throughout the season were it devastates a POI with a laser, I could see the c2 s7 weapons coming back and with some more last reality items and weapons like the evo-chrome weapons and sideways weapons, along with some new ones like maayybee the zapotron but nerfed, and also something like an AR that shoots energy blasts like that one Sci-fi AR from STW, as for tier 100, easily could be geno with a style to make him look like the one from the zero point image were he looked like a shadow, and maybe a JJBA collab as secret skin like Jotaro or Joskue(4) I dunno just a silly lil' idea

I recently did my first fortnite match in years and got third place by trying to throw myself off the edge of the island and, when that plan failed, spent the rest of the match fishing under a bridge. I have no idea WHY the storm happened to zero in on my location, but it meant I could fish up an entire inventory of jellyfish relatively undisturbed, so no complaints here...
One thing this videos doesn’t mention is that a large part of them are theorized, of course with Fortnite’s very slow way of revealing lore, it makes sense we have to theorize while we wait, but these videos made some major jumps in the lore that are unconfirmed, and also left out entire seasons worth of lore, they pretty much skipped the entirety of chapter 1
The upcoming threat Optimus and the Rift Warden are talking about has to be Unicron. He's a planet eating God who's power is feared by everyone. And If anything can scare the Zero Point, it's him.
Fortnite’s story used to be interesting but they’ve cluttered it beyond belief with many random groups that do absolutely nothing past the season they were released in. Regardless it’s interesting to see what you think of it!
I gotta admit, this is my first time learning about the lore, and I was really intrigued at the beginning when the Zero Point, Imagined Order, and the other base plot points were introduced and were mysterious (and I still think they're all really cool and unique), but as the story continued I felt that I was losing interest with how the stakes kept getting higher so quickly. I think it would've kept my interest better if the pacing was slower and the stakes didn't increase by 200% every time. I'm also worried about how long they're gonna drag on the story and how they're gonna end it, surely they'll have to stop eventually... right? Regardless, I still think a lot of the things they've put in are cool, but everything combined just unnecessarily clutters up the story too much.
Well when you look into it, some groups remain in the shadows... For example, The Peace Syndicate are said to be helping us with any future conflicts when needed, The Rift Warden of the Oathbound is even investigating the jungle too!
I think they do nothing beyound there seasons because there conflict is already kinda over like the tokyo folks from s2 c4 there thing is already complete i think maybe at the end event in november there will be a full on war with all the maybe 8 factions like 2 for each season like S1 the oathbound and the reality warrior S2 the japan guys that i dont know the name S3 maybe still has not been reaveled And my personal theory is that s4 is going to be egypt like people because epic is bringing losts of things from the past like the hammer, katana, and boomerang, So i think to be the last past iconic thing needs to be desert stuff besides i think they leaked some desert things in the files
Maybe the loop stayed because of the Imagined Orders constant use of it caused it to automatically make a loop, like it was reprogrammed to do it, anything is possible
T5g is probably the worst source for fortnite story details out there since they present their own theories as fact. In my opinion playstation grenade is a far better source since he is a lot more unbiased towards his own theories, and even if he does talk about theories of his own he presents them as such.
