Everyone always forgets when Epic nerfed builds in C1 SX. That nerf was so bad and the community was so pissed that it literally took only a day until they reverted the change

People are literally misremembering what happened with the mechs. They started getting slightly nerf and then at some point they would literally explode the moment they touched ground(because the would spawn in the sky and fall down like a meteor, you could see them on the map etc). They were what now are mythic cars. But you could also shoot the pilot with more ease and could self destruct them if you got in. Also, no health regen or repairing was available. But yeah, they didn't stay in the entire season. It's also the same with planes. People keep saying the OG planes were OP but mid season they got nerfed to where they took more damage on impact, didn't go through builds like before etc. They were a genuinely unique, fun and balanced vehicle.

Hey Sypher, I'm 50+ years old and just started playing Oct 2023 (daughter would not let up until I did), it was a giant f-ing "Bushwacker-sniper Fest" out there, and especially being new to the game, and not 25 yrs old, I found myself dying everywhere, so I began driving everywhere in cars and using shotty's when the cars got me close. Eventually I fell in love with running people over and got good at it. This season's car buff almost felt like a personal gift for me! Sadly, because they're overused, the entire lobby is now REALLY GOOD at avoiding them, but for some people like myself, this season has been really fun! (oh, and the sniper-hit-scanners lost their toy!)

Surprised they didn’t mention you can fly in atk’s from c1 season 7. Though it was pretty fun.

Nah I haven’t gotten use to the new animation it just feel so weird like I’m casually jogging away from doom when out of tac sprint Wish Fortnite would try and add a feature where players who want the old animation can switch back and maybe even old sound design and some graphics like the explosions in game.

I feel like there's been more mistakes made by Epic. There were so many broken mythic weapons like Brutus Minigun and Skye's scar and grappler. There's also like removing Syphon from the game which I feel like is something the majority of the community hates

One of the only good things about chapter 2 is how easy it was to level up.Because it was fun , but it was hard to grind for the actual achievement for some skins

Video didn’t even acknowledge the invincible glitch this season when a car blows up and you’re completely frozen and can’t take damage

To be fair, we had the storm king event in Chapter 2, Season 1. That was pretty fun.

so fun fact: the nitro fists can a) damage people through shield bubble (ik from experience) and b) damage multiple targets at once (also from experience)

when you think about it a lot of these glitches and bugs werent bad fortnite was doing fine but now they unadded arena and unadded a bunch a good weapons

I actually liked chapter 2 season 1 because it felt a lot more consistent. Less cramming of things made it feel like fortnite again. Now it’s just consistently bad.

mechs were amazing, not even hard to avoid, so i don't understand why people cry about it and be perfectly fine about a car that can run you down and is basically inescapable if you don't have your own car.

Forgot the ch5 s1 storm, so fast sprinting was useless, also sprinting was slower and used up more of the bar. Movement without items sucked. Also also nisha’s striker was crazy maybe not mistake but definitely op
