For the katana it’s really good to use the dash then knock back strike then the dash kinda like a combo it’s feels really nice that way

To keep it short and simple, the katana is our hammer replacement. And it does not disappoint Edit: guess I should specify what I meant judging by comments. I know the Katana isn't as good as the hammer, but being it's replacement it isn't garbage and doesn't completely disappoint as the hammers replacement, but the hammer is still better.

combat wise yes it does not. But a lot of people carried the hammer for mobility. And the sword can't do that very well. The dash saves 2 seconds of walking. Combat-wise, it does not disappoint, but if you 1 to 1 compare them the hammer, is unobjectively better since it has infinite shockwaves built in. But i will say i do like the sword.

Sypher, fun fact: The katana can be used to rotate in the air by just spamming right click. There's no delay or cooldown until you've used up the charges, so you can have 3 dashes into the air for insane mobility.

U can use the katana in the air like 3 times in a row to go super far so after the boost press the launch button mid air and u can launch yourself again.
