Starting it off with some different flavors, the Cha bo, Tre, and Nem Chua combination. When I really am craving some different flavors this is one of my go to snacks. Loaded with various Vientamese sausages, cucumber, rau ram, garlic, chilis, a sprinkle of calamansi, and a touch of salt and pepper. Spicy, meaty, sour, and refreshing this will wake your tastebuds up!
Next, after all that heat and still not used to the Saigon heat, I went for a little cool down drink. This time for the Milo Dam Thap Cam. A shaved ice Milo drink loaded with pretty much the candy isle of Circle K. However, the money bite here is when the condensed milk and milo come together and make a beautiful combo bite.
Finally, a pha lau made just the way you like it! This place was truly impressive with all the combo Pha Lau you can enjoy. Such a vast amount of Pha Lau that I had to call in Tim to help me out! We ended up getting the combo for 4-6 people but did a pretty good job of handing it ourselves. Definitely our favorite had to be the satay stir fried.
