3:55 Someone please finally explain to Nick that heavy things don't fall faster. Assuming you leaunch at the same speed and angle a heavy car should actually go further, because it's affected less by air resistance.

@@eb_Ripper may have worded that one kinda really badly compared to what meant to convey - should have gone with "heavy things jump further". The force of gravity on a heavy object is higher, but the amount of energy required to accelerate it is increased in equal proportion. As a result, a heavier object falls just as fast as a light one, given no air resistance. Throw a 30kg ball and a 5 kg ball at the same speed and angle and they'll follow the same arc. Obviously, there *is* air resistance here, but that applies to you laterally as well as vertically. When looking at a jumping car, lateral air resistance means more for you than vertical, so a heavier car travels further as it has more mass to push through that air resistance.
