Along with Playground making the Arcades much more desirable to players (see the Reddit meme making the rounds with the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in an empty house), Playground needs to have something in place for when entrants rage-quit in the middle of a race such as, say, a high cost of credits or similar type of penalty while in-race, keeping the now non-player car as a drivatar to keep the race going for those still trying to play.

for a game that tries to be all about community and playing together with other people, the online experience is not great right now. i did a drift race yesterday and it felt like i spent more time waiting around than drifting. there´s also a bug where the other drivers stand in place at the start on my screen, even though they actually are playing and scoring. the map is huge and there are always just a hand full of people in a lobby. i´d like to do an arcade or drift arcade, but there simply aren´t enough people around to take part in it. i think the devs need to tweak the lobby system. more people in less lobbies.

You should get a message in your inbox in game every week. When you have that message open you have to press A to actually redeem them. They don't just show up.
