Is it only available at ntsc? or both with pal because i have seen the ultimate collectors edition comes with dlcs codes not installed in the second disc from what i have seen in ebay.

@@the__stranger__10 I don't know if there's a PAL version. I have the NTSC version, and no codes are needed... it just installs everything from disc.

Is there a fm4 edition

FM3's version didn't come with all of the DLC, it was missing the VIP car pack and the Community Classics car pack

I didn't know about the LCE at the time so I have everything except the LCE cars (even though I have the LCE game!) and the 3 Unicorns. I've read that the disc won't work on PAL consoles?

If you have this physical disc like I showed in the video, yes. It has nothing to do with online availability. Turn 10 did a similar edition with Forza Motorsport 3, but unfortunately not with Forza Motorsport 4. I really wish they had because there are a few DLC packs that I wasn't able to buy back in the day and they're not available now.

@@the__stranger__10 I’m actually not positive about that. If they did do a second disc for FM4 collector’s I really need to get it lol. From what I remember they didn’t produce a similar edition to the one in this video and like they did for FM3.

@@the__stranger__10 Plus if the collector’s edition came out when the game launched there’s actually no way that could’ve come with all the DLC on disc because it hadn’t even been created yet.

Thanks! Yes, since the DLC is a disc and not actually something that is downloaded, it's free of activation. Originally, all of that DLC on the disc was actually DLC that had to be downloaded. With that edition of the game, all of the DLC is on the second disc instead. That bonus disc is the only way to get that DLC today since it's been taken off of Xbox Live, unless you've already downloaded it before they took it off of the marketplace.

Unforunately, my recording equipment is and has been packed up for a while now. I won't be able to record a new video of it but there is literally no reason it won't work offline. It's a disc with no online DRM, it should work just fine.

Yeah it does suck that there isn't a PAL version of it. As for getting the content, I'm not sure it works like that. I don't want to steer you in a direction because I really don't know.

You're SOL. Believe me, it fucking sucks. I was super late to the game and didn't even know this Complete Collection existed until about 4 years ago. The DLC had been gone for years and this Complete Collection is worthless. You can't use the disc at all without downloading an activation code from Xbox Live. And obviously that code is long gone.

@@pfmdude I got it 3 months after getting scammed!, even bought it cheaper. Still have the copy and stil my favorite game ever!

@@pfmdude the copy which I bought had the activation code but the disc let me download every dlc even the pre order bonus!

@luhely3653 well you're lucky I guess. I actually have the DLC downloaded and on a flash drive formatted for my 360. But everytime I put it on my console, it doesn't show up in the game. Just one fucking wall after another. I just don't know why someone hasn't made a simple plug and play memory card or hard drive with saved profiles on it and DLC content fully loaded on it for someone to just use on their own 360 console. Seems simple and there's been someone who does then for PS3 on Etsy so why shouldn't the same thing exist for Xbox 360? 🤯

This was a NTSC only game but was on general release like other Platinum/Greatest Hits/etc. games so there should be plenty about.
