Hey Jake. Thank you for always keeping a positive attitude on Forza Motorsport. While other YTers like AR12 and Ericship just keep obsessively hating on FM like trying to get it killed. We need to keep having a constrictive attitude. I keep playing FM all the time :D
Well said its absolutely insane lots of 'strong' individuals with strong opinions who think they speak for the masses have gone in 2 footed on T10.. In needs improvement but I am loving the car choice and what is on offer!
At the same time it’s good that big name YTers are challenging them so these game companies know they can’t release poop and we will just be okay with it
There's no point if people are still getting stuck at the first splash screen or disconnected from an online race after practice. Making sure people are able to play the game should have been priority for the past three updates.
Adding the Nurburgring will give drivers a reason to set their own records on the famous circuit. Race cars and tuners, classic racers and muscle cars. Can’t wait to see it and drive it. Thank you for posting this video
Just hope that they don't illuminate the entire Nordschleife, like they did with tracks that don't even have any kind of illumination at night. It's really bad racing at night in this game, with a lamppost every 500 meters.
I'm glad we have the Nordschleife back. Honestly it's the only track I'd run on this game consistently. However, the "completed ahead of schedule" announcement leads me to believe that it was ready the whole time, but the disastrous state of the game meant they needed to replace the original Feb track with something bigger. Likely, the original release was to be in May to coincide with the 24h race, much like what they did with Daytona. Classic drip-feeding content.
"Ahead of Schedule" = Nordschleife has been ready since launch, but they were holding it back for their "live service" nonsense. Just like the cars, they constantly recycle into the game as "new content" despite using FM4 car models.
Being able to use whatever part you want whenever you need sounds a lot like what he have now but faster. Yeah you can engine swap now at level 1 but you wont have the car points until level 45+. The car progression just needs 2 simple changes. Make the time to level a lot faster and increase car points per level. You get 9200 car points at level 50, spread those out to every level or every 10 levels. It shouldn't take hours to max out 1 car when there are over 500 in this game.
I think they could use the progression they have, just base on car classification (ie hot hatch, super saloon etc) so any car in that class contributes to your score and you get the car points assigned to any car in that class.
@@joesackmann5589 I was thinking more Ike if I drive GT3 car A, gain level 10, all other GT3 cars are also level 10. As you would drive any combination of GT3 cars, all GT3 cars would level up concurrently and get the car points. Any new GT3 car you acquire would be that level and have the points right out of the showroom. There would still be progression, it would just feel worthwhile.
I'm surprised they didn't hold until when nurburg 24hr is in may, would've expected Bathurst in Feb for the 12hr that happening that month then the Sebring in march just before that race
nah man, it's straight copy paste from fm7 anyway, it's been done 8 years ago, it's just to entice people to come back. Or, if you don't believe that, I'd say, nah they want to make sure it's not really done and rightfully buggy, otherwise it would stick out from the rest of the game by being the first finished part of the game...
Pretty sure that ACC will drop the 24h pack in April/ May. Maybe they don´t want the competition or better yet: be quicker... They probably use the Nords for calming down the audience a bit, respectively getting them back on board. Nordschleife is always a fan fav.
6:16. They should really consider creating a post or poll of more car sounds to fix. Either way. Glad the game is getting fixes and i might return to it after update 5 releases
I don't know.... should I really be hyped and appriciative for this? Bugfixes? Things that should have been in a game at release. I don't know. I really struggle with this because I really want to like this game but they are making it very difficult for me to do that. I just don't know.
This looks like the first ACTUAL update to the game since launch 4 months ago. The others added tracks on a recurring schedule and what was essentially hotfix patch items that were barely of any note.
Well at least the Nordschleife is coming back which is good to hear. They are also still using the same old replay angles on it since Forza Motorsport 5. Lets also hope that the "Replay Download Succeeded". 🤪
They're using replay angles that were used back in Motorsport 2 (i never played the first one but it wouldn't surprise me if that's really just the original Motorsport replay angle)
I like the idea of upgrading your car so you can put aero packages and engine upgrades into your car but we should spend our hard earned cash on that NOT “car points” especially if we couldn’t afford the upgrades in the first place even after the nerf to the requirements needed to buy them

50 💀you gone be driving for hours I was racing it on gt7 and it took around 8 minutes a lap I did maybe 4or5 it got funner every lap as I noticed different thing on the map like the mountain view u get at the beginning and the writing at the 2nd half
Yeah I’m not holding my breath when it comes to updates for this game, most of the updates that have come out certain things are still broken. And in any case all of this should’ve been in the game from the start instead of months later….
Obviously nordschliefe is ready early. Its been ready since motorsport 7 . Probably motorsport 2. 😅. Honestly I really couldn't care less what they add or fix. . .lost my interest in it ages ago. ..
In my opinion, if the creators don't get their act together, the game will lose badly against the competition. As soon as FM came out, GT7 made a very good update. La Mans Ultimate will be released soon and it will PROBABLY be a very good game, and this year the new Assetto Corsa 2 will be released, which will PROBABLY also be a very good game. The competition is not idle and if FM creators don't do anything the game will be beat by rivals
I’m fearful it was “completed ahead of schedule” to just get it out there to simmer us down. I hope this isn’t the case… As for “Race Marshals monitoring the penalty system is EXACTLY what I’ve been asking for !! You can’t trust ONLY an algorithm to moderate other folks in game behavior especially in racing games. Actual people helping the system learn however That’s the ticket.❤
What a joke rereleasing crap that should already been in the game from the start. GT7 has this track Bathurst and MORE I’m gonna keep praising gt7 coz it’s by far superior
The biggest let down for me is that the game is not available on xbox one. Like they couldve at least made this the last motorsport game to be launched on the older gen consoles. I mean all the hype of hearing they where busy with this game and when i heard it wasnt goimg to be released on xbox one I was pissed. My bet is that when Forza Horizon 6 wont be on xbox either. Leaving the older gen gamers with terrible aditions to the Forza series.

Honestly, for a game that doesn't look that graphically impressive, I'm a bit surprised. Even Forza Horizon 5 looks miles ahead, and that's cross gen from a few years ago...
Unfortunately after 4 update the cars are handling worse, far away from reality 😢😢😢. This kinds of games must focus to come with very close to reallity handling, feeling, tires degradation, penaltys..., unfortunately they have to work. Now with last 2 update in gt cars they cut everything wase unique at Audi R8 lms GT,make this car so slow and give everything to Lamborghini 😢🤮🤮🤮
Yep. Many players are leaving because things that were in MOST previous motorsport games were removed. Definitely not a good idea to remove stuff like that.

Edit: What really put the nail in the coffin…all the “new” cars in this update were from previous motorsports so they’re aren’t new, only new ones were surprise surprise DLC. Just a heads up, the new ai from amd gives almost 100% frame boosting in forza. If you have an amd gpu just update the gpu driver and use the profile that allows the ai
