Our Forza girls (in red) battled back and forth with MadFrogs in the 1st set all the way up to 44-42! 🔥🏐 INSANE! But our girls came up just short. There was a half dozen other teams on our end watch and rooting for our girls to take them down. MadFrogs were the defending Open Nat'l Champs from the previous season when both teams were 13's. Forza showed massive mental toughness though and came back to take the 2nd set 25-22! Our parents were more hyped than the girls. 😅 They were laser-locked into the task at hand. Just look at their reactions after winning the 2nd. So calm and focused. The 3rd set just wasn't to be though. They were spent. But coming back in the 2nd like that, after that MONUMENTAL 1st, was a key building moment for our West Coast girls for the SCVA Championship a few months later.
