Doug Drummond I bought the Q Wander before transitioning to an IPhone. It just doesn't have all the features it offered when I had an android phone. It sucks because I too am a HUGE fossil fan. HUGE! I'm so bummed because I'm kinda enjoying my new IPhone

Nice review, short and sweet. You said that for compatibility with the iPhone it has to be iPhone 5 or above, and iOS 8.2 at least. Do you know if it will work with the 5c, the slightly more derp version of the 5?

Great review!!! Just came from watching Cnets review and I almost threw up in my mouth! I saw this in person and it really caught my attention, I almost bought it right away but I needed to do more research as I use a iPhone 6S plus and I wanted to know what am I missing since it is a android wear OS. You briefly covered a few things that it can't do on iPhone...even tho you cannot reply to messages, you can still view them? Any other bigger concerns on comparability?? Thanks in advanced.

In the review you said you can wear the watch in the shower. This is bad advice. First of all water resist is only splash proof and sweat proof. No watch should be worn in the shower as the hot water expands the air inside the watch and as it cools it will drag moisture inside the watch. Never Never wear a watch in the shower. I am a watch retailer.

It means absolutely nothing. Its a pressure rating. Same as 30 metres rating its only splash proof. Its the biggest problem we have with people buying 30m metre watches and thinking they can swim in it. Then there is the issue of expansion with heat.

chubs1217 nope...constantly disconnecting from WiFi and you cannot do anything with it besides counting you steps, alarms, changing the face and reading messages. Can’t do anything else. Not worth it

I owned one, but returned it for only one reason: the LCD screen is useless in a bright environment. While no Android Wear watch is easily readable in sunlight (Huawei, LG Urbane 2 LTE, in my experience), the Fossil Q Founder was impossible to read in sunlight, even in boost mode. This otherwise is a fantastic choice.
