Thank you very much indeed for your vid. I just bought a Tommy Hilfiger watch with 3 small dials like the Fossil watch you used on your demo. I was googling for an instruction on how to adjust the day and date but couldnt find one! Luckily, I found your channel! Didn't know it was that easy to do the adjustments, thanks to you! Cheers from Down Under 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
The crown has 3 positions! The first one is the base position, where the watch works as intended, the second position (you only extend it halfway) changes the days, all you have to do is rotate it either clockwise or counter- clockwise depending on the model!! The 3rd and final position is the one to actually change the time, which people tend to go straight to because they pull the crown too hard and don't notice they skipped right through the days! Hope my comment helps
hi! I have fossil me1099, I want to adjust the date to real-time, I mean past month was February and it was 28 days and my watch was 28 too and after 1 day it should've been 1 and my watch was 29, so how do I correct that I tried the crown method as you mentioned but it didn't fix it, it always keeps being 31 days, not 28
Hey Marc! Thank you so much for making this video! I have a Fossil Blue BQ-9107 watch I received in 2001, and wanted to start wearing again. In the 5th grade (I'm 33 now) I always wondered how to change the small clocks. Your video did the trick! You rock Bro!
I can't believe I did it! - Thanks for the video, i searched some time, and havnt found anything like it. It's not perfect, but enough to find a path in the dark. As a help for others, here's what helped me: 1. It's all about finding the "click-areas" - Date: Is between 11-12 -Weekday: 12-2
I found a easier way to do the date, pull the crown out 1 click not all the way, then the turn it clockwise or counter clockwise, I can't remember but that changes just the date... I have the exact same watch

What a yikes movement design! Mechanical watches from the 50s needed this reverse method for advancing the day, in some budget mechanical watches this still happens but for a quartz movement, it's absurd! All they need is a crown stem with more specific notches for each mechanism / complication.
No mamms ,la posociones de la corona te da el movimiento de la fecha y avanzas mas rápido, lo que si tienes que dar una chinga es en el dja de la semana.
